Message from Heidi
Kenneth, Hin Lok, and Bobby,
I still remember the first time I met you in January. Six months have passed so quickly, and today marks the final day of your internship with us.
You are about to leave this place, but the outstanding contributions you have made will continue to remain here, lighting the way for our future development. Over the past six months, each of you has brought a unique kind of strength into this company.
Kenneth, after joining the company, you quickly adapted to the fast-changing nature of a startup, where needs shift quickly and task boundaries constantly evolve. You were always willing to go wherever you were needed, and you made every task shine in your own way. You greatly supported the development of our financial analysis framework, and also helped us build a stronger digital portal and talent connection channel. A company’s growth cannot happen without finance, nor can it happen without talent. In both of these areas, you have helped us lay a solid foundation, allowing us to move into the next stage with greater confidence and steadiness.
Hin Lok, the automation systems you developed helped us move from manual execution to system-driven execution, improving efficiency while also reducing a significant amount of repetitive management and communication work. When facing many challenging problems, you consistently worked with rigor and a strong sense of responsibility, delivering many practical and usable outcomes that brought us many pleasant surprises. You have a strong overall perspective and are able to make technology truly serve operational efficiency and business results. The systems you built not only solved our current operational pain points, but also laid an important foundation for our future development toward systematization, standardization, and automation.
Bobby, you helped us turn imagination into real products. Your designs carry originality, patience, structural thinking, and craftsmanship. You were not simply creating shapes; you were exploring how an idea could become a product with cost advantages, user-friendliness, and real competitiveness. More importantly, you truly made it happen—not only in one product, but across multiple products, different materials, and different structural scenarios. I believe that when these products enter mass production, they will carry your creativity into the market and become an important strength for the company.
But beyond the work you have contributed, your character has also deeply awakened and inspired us. In you, I have seen sincerity, kindness, adaptability, integrity, judgment, self-discipline, and a strong sense of order. You have truly noble inner qualities. That is why I say you have brought us not only work results, but also wisdom, energy, and strength.
I understand very clearly that NUS students who choose to come to the Greater Bay Area for startup internships come with goodwill: the desire to learn, to understand, and also to support the development of growing companies. I want to tell you that you truly did it, and you truly made a difference.
Although your internship lasted only six months, your impact will remain and continue to play a positive role in our future development. Each of you has already become part of this company’s growth story.
Thank you for joining our company. Thank you for the creation, the changes, and everything you have left behind. It has been a deeply precious honor for me to walk this part of the journey with you.
I hope that in the future, Kenneth will climb more and more mountains, and just as he faces challenges, conquer them one by one.
I hope that Hin Lok will always keep singing, move toward the future with lightness, happiness, and positivity, and always keep his passion, wisdom, and bright vitality.
I hope that Bobby will always keep his creativity, patience, and sensitivity to beauty, continue turning imagination into works, turning details into order, and bringing more beauty, rigor, and warmth into this world.
All three of you are truly outstanding and deeply valued, and you deserve the very best future. I sincerely wish you all the best, a brilliant journey ahead, and a future that shines brightly.

你们即将离开这里，但你们作出的杰出贡献，会继续留在这里，照亮我们未来的发展。在过去的六个月里，你们每一个人，都把一种独特的力量注入了这家公司。
Kenneth，在加入公司之后，你快速适应了 startup 工作需求变化快、任务边界不断调整的特点。你总是哪里需要就去哪里，而且努力把每一份工作都做出闪光点。你极大地推动了公司财务分析体系的搭建，也帮助公司建立了更强大的数字门户和人才连接渠道。公司的发展离不开财务，也离不开人才。而你在这两个方面都为我们打下了非常好的基础，让我们能够更加坚定、踏实地步入下一个阶段。
Hin Lok，你开发的自动化系统，帮助我们从依赖人工执行，走向由系统驱动执行，既提高了效率，也帮助管理人员减少了大量重复性的管理沟通工作。面对许多高难度的问题，你始终保持严谨和有担当的工作方式，交付了大量可用的成果，给了我们很多的惊喜。你有很强的全局观，能够让技术真正服务于运营效率和商业结果。你所搭建的系统，不仅解决了公司当下的运营痛点，也为我们未来继续走向系统化、标准化和自动化，打下了非常重要的基础。
Bobby，你帮助我们把想象变成真实的产品。你的设计里有独特的创意、耐心、结构思考和专业精神。你不是简单地创造外形，而是在探索如何让一个想法变成有成本优势、对用户友好，并且真正具有竞争力的产品。更重要的是，你真的做到了；而且这不是体现在某一个产品上，而是体现在多个产品、不同材料和不同结构场景中。我相信，当这些产品进入量产，它们会带着你的创造力走向市场，并成为公司重要的力量。
但除了你们留下的工作贡献，你们的品格也深深地唤醒和照亮了我们。在你们身上，我看到了真诚、友善、适应力、原则感、判断力、自律和秩序感。你们拥有非常高贵的精神品格。所以我说，你们为我们带来的不只是工作成果，更是智慧、能量和力量。
我很清楚，NUS 的同学选择来到大湾区参与 startup 的实习，都是带着善意而来：想要学习、想要理解，也想要支持成长中企业的发展。我想告诉你们，你们真的做到了，也真的带来了改变。
虽然你们的实习只有六个月，但你们的影响会一直留下来，并在我们的未来发展中持续发挥积极而正面的作用。你们每一个人，都已经成为这家公司成长故事的一部分。
